Power Holdings And Management Corp. is the majority share holder in ” Aspir-tek ” the developer of the ” Aquaprin ” product. Aquaprin is the worlds only water soluble derivative of aspirin approved by the FDA. This product will be sold to the public in a powdered form, and when poured into any liquid for consumption, it dissolves on contact leaving no sediments or residue behind. Aquaprin dissolves completely within 30 seconds, and once consumed, it will enter the blood stream with 2-3 minutes reaching peak levels at 5-7 minutes. With a 100% absorption rate, consumers will start to feel relief from pain faster than any other OTC product on the market to date.
PHAMC is looking to raise additional capital, to assist Aspir-tek, Inc. in completion of their pilot facility by fall 2024, and start distribution by summer of 2025. Aspir-tek, Inc is a privately held company.

Jamaica Development Project
The Jamaica development project is an initiative in Jamaica W.I. to build approximately 350 -500 homes, a hotel, and park in a privately gated subdivision. The development is located 20 minutes from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, and 2 minutes from the main highway that span the length of the entire island. This project will target the need for affordable and modern smart homes appealing to the local working class and the out of town investors looking to own a vacation property or a second home.
The Project has secured approximately 300 acres in which to build and seeks to break ground in the fall of 2024. The Jamaica Development project is privately held and privately funded. PHAMC is a majority stake holder in this development and owns more than 25% of this project.
