Mr. Brown, has behind him a 23 year career as an equities broker, and a consultant to start up companies, private, and publicly trading. Entities seeking capital in their infancy stage, would be provided the necessary guidance, and funding through Mr. Brown.
Mr. Brown was essential in the participation and funding of companies such as“UT Starcom”, “The Unbreakable Auto Lock”, “Paramotor”, “ Omnipoint” which is currently “T-mobile Communications”, “Poppa John’s Pizza”, and a list of other companies that are still successful and operating today, and or were bought out at a premium valuation.
Mr. Brown also has an extensive real estate back ground also with 25 years of experience acquiring & holding properties, revamping residential and commercial real estate, property management, property funding, finance restructuring for real estate inclusive of loss mitigation, brokering, and selling real estate for profit.

Mr. Garcia oversees the real estate division at PHAMC . Mr. Garcia’s back ground and experience are in Banking, lending, and Commercial real estate management. Mr. Garcia gained his experience at M&T Bank as a senior lending manager, Bethpage Federal Credit Union as a senior retail mortgage banker, JP Morgan Chase private client advisor, Fifth Third Bank senior manager, Universal Savings Bank asset manager, Western Financial Savings Bank branch manager, Great Western Bank Operations & Business banking manager.

Andrew G. Neal, started his career over 20 years ago in the city of New York, working on a variety of litigations at the city’s top law firms. Mr. Neal has cultivated a unique approach in advising small businesses, and startup companies, providing them with the guidance needed for success.
